Novell Netware 4.11

I am the new admin. of the company and today I notice that the ex network admin didnt write down the admin password in anyway . so how can I overwrite the passowrd or i can acheive the password from it ..

PS we cant find the ex network admin he just disappear. all other windows base passwords and router I can get back but not this one please help
