well I am studying for an entry position and on the test the questions asked I was told were going to be along the lines of:
1)Knowledge of microcomputers, laptops and peripherals operating in a Novell environment.
2) Knowledge of client service techniques and principles.
Now pls keep in mind I was told questions would not get very specific and this is entry level and the questions would be very general on Newtorking concepts in Novell.
Here is what I think will be asked:
1) How to route printer ports to available print queus.
2)Connecting print servers to network
3) mapping drives
4)creating/reseting User accounts/passwords
5) printer configuration
I know these are very basic functions so I am sure plenty of you can enlighten me.
