Novell Send Message

Students are constantly sending messages between workstations via the Novell Send Message utility. As some of these messages can be rather unsavoury, I would like to put a stop to it. I know there is the ability to turn off Send Message in the client options but this would mean a manual change on over 500 PC’s.
Can the send message utility be blocked at the server level?
