Novell Server 5.1

I would like to get assistance on problem that i encountered now recently.
I have a novell server which crashed recently and now it has been rebuild,user data has also been restored aswell, but now the problem is i cant have more than three users loggin in to the domain and get access to their relevant network drives which they used to have access to, can anyone help on this one
