Novell’s Client 32.1 and MS Word Doc

We have recently upgraded our Novell Client on user’s work station to version 32.1. However, once the client has been upgraded, several user’s are no longer able to open a MS Word document using Word. Has anyone run across this problem, and if so, what is the fix.
