nslookup

Sir i am doing as IT-Asst. i tried nsllokup command to know system names in my network.but it is saying correct only server name and ip remaining systems it is saying wrong or last released ip address. i am using this command in client machine in user level only.but one thing there is no chance for DNS errors coz i checked in event viewr and some thing.what is the reason plsss.
