NT 4.0 Administration using VB 6.0

I am looking for a source of VB(visual basic) code that can be used to perform
administrative tasks in Windows NT 4.0 e.g creation of shares, share permissions, NTFS permissions etc.
Does anyone know where I can get VB code to do the above?
