NT Login Scipts

I would like to have 1 NT login script for all users (Win9x & NT Clients). But I want to map directly to their individual home directory, which can be an NT share. So when a user accesses their H: drive they go directly into their personal directory and not have to see everyone’s home directories. Similar to a Netware maproot command.
