NT mouse not working

by it support services manager . Updated 25 years, 8 months ago

I am installing NT server 4.0 on a Pentium II 350 with 128mb of memory. The mouse is not picked up during the setup. I have reinstalled at least three times and tired manually inputting three different mouse types during setup. I tried a serial mouse, I tried the /NoSerialMice switch in the boot.ini file, and I tried connecting a different mouse. I also tried reinstalling the drivers from the system CD. I am now getting this error in the event log:
MOUSCLASS event 10 Could not disable interrupts on connected port device \device\pointerclass0 Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks!
