NT Replicator

I have a problem with the replicator, the event viewer shows the following:-
Replicator could not acces \\ISERVER\REPL$\Scripts on ISERVER Due to system error 5.

This is the backup domain server, the share rights are the same as the primary domain server, but primary is not reporting errors.
