NT Training

I am an IT Technician at a High School in Liverpool UK. I have a good
knowledge of OSs DoS Win3 Win9x. However we have now installed a network
running under Win NT ver 4.0. I have been unable to find any course/book
that will take you from first principles to Administrator skills. What I
think I need is ‘a how to book’ eg how do I map path drives, in plain English.
