“nt user system policy”

I have a user that accesses a terminal server from her desktop(the default network is novell). The login client on the terminal server is novell. When the user logs in first thing, drive T points to the novell server. When the user logs into terminal server, drive T needs to be mapped somewhere else. I setup a system policy using zak, to load a batch file that has a net use command to map the drive. For some reason the batch file is not running. The policy is associated with a group that the user is in. I know the batch file works. Once I am in terminal server as the user, I can go to the batch file and run it. Just cannot get it to run through zenworks.
