NT4.0 RAS and DUN in Win9x

I can dial into my NT server and ping back and forth but cannot “find” the server by name or any other “named” device on the network. Network is a very simple, NT4.0 server, 15 or so workstations (some NT4.0WS, some Win98, Win95). Where can I get some easy to follow guidelines to troubleshooting simple RAS / DUN environments?
