NTBackup not exchange aware

I have been using ntbackup for years to backup exchange, now it does not see my exchange system. Nt backup just lists the directories and is not aware anymore.

I am running 03 server and 07 exchange both with latest updates.

Anyone have any ideas as to what my problem is?
