ntbackup with multiple directories

I have mapped a drive to a networked computer and am trying to backup multiple directories but not all directories using the ntbackup command. The help file specifies one or more paths in the command line but it is unclear with the syntax.

Doesanyone have the proper syntax for multiple directories using ntbackup?
