NTFS file permissions are empty

by reference . Updated 23 years ago

Alright, We had a problem with Exchange 2000 public folders (as outlined in Microsoft Q270905) I performed the steps in this Q Article, and ended up being locked out of the folder entirely( no permissions to the file at all)(both in Windows explorer, and Exchange) I moved the folder within exchange down to another folder wich gave me back some control on the folder itself, but I still have various files within this public folder that have NO permissions assigned. The user list field under the security tab is blank. Is there any way to force permissions onto a NTFS file, or a third party program that I can use. Or……
Thanks in advance!
