NTFS Permission

I am using window 2003 server and nods window xp. I want
1.User create a file, rename the file and modify the file but does not create a folder,rename a folder and delete a file & folder. I gave the full share permission but in security(NTFS) deny the delete folder and create folder. I allow create a file And modify a file,in this i create a file but my problen I can not rename the file and write and modify in the file. when uncheck the create a folder in deny section, so i can write in the file but not rename a file.

2.I want a group create a folder and rename a folder but not delete a folder. I have a problen to rename the folder.
