NVidia raid

i’ve a workstation with raid nforce 4 controller on it, but I’m having a lot of system event error Access failure: Critical error on disk Hitachi…. (Port: SATA 3.1) can anyone help, i did check disk and there no errors, i also updated the nforce driver but still the error occur
