NW5 server locks up, no response, etc.

Server NW5.0 with Service Pack 4.0
Hardware is Compaq Proliant 1600 with latest BIOS. Server locks up completely, no keyboard input, can’t change screens, if lockup is on monitor screen, uptime counter stops incrementing. All users lose connection. Server seems to lockup in the AM, about once every 2 days.
