NWSP.VXD error

I am getting the ‘NWSP.VXD refered to in registry but can’t find file on system’ and this is halting the boot up of a workstation with Windows 95, v3.3 client connectint to Netware 5 server.

I have tried deleting it from the registry, but when the user logs on it appears again. How can I stop this message from appearing.
