OAB error – Task Microsoft Exchange Server reported an error (0X8004010F).

When trying to do a send/recieve of the OAB for an Outlook 2003 client, the above error occurs. I have tried deleting the .oab files and retrying but receive the same error. I noticed the “choose address list” is not available on the OAB screen, only the download information. Is there some setting that is prohibiting this from being displayed? This is only happening for one client and the server version, on Exchange 2007, is being generated daily. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
