Odd communication cable problem

I am integrating a digital vison inspection system and need to send RS422 ASCII from an RJ11 plug to a DB9 plug. I have been unable to purchase this cable so I will have to make one, I need to know the proper pin outs for each connector to send a balanced RS422 signal from the RJ11 to the DB9.
