Odd Graphics Problem Running IIS

I’ve got a dev machine at home and recently developed a website for a local organization. When I view the site at http://localhost/… everything runs like a champ. When I browse to a site on the Internet, all of the .jpg’s,(only.jpg’s too), have these pink and red streaks in them. If I close the browser and then open it again, the streaks go away – unless I do the localhost view again and then they come back. Any ideas?? I would hate for this to happen to everybody who views the site whenit goes live. Thanks in advance!
