Off set color hp laserjet 1600

I have a hplaserjet 1600 with 4 cartridges, less than a year old.

The colors are printing offset (shadow) of each other. i.e. purple is blue and red; orange is red and yellow.

I have calibrated and cleaned it numerous times with no success.

Any suggestions?
