office 2003 and terminal server

I like to provide office 2003 to 8 thin clients.
But I want the people who loged via the thin client to have access only to the office 2003.

They my not see the hard drives, and all the other applications that is installed on the terminal server, and the may not change any thing on the terminal server.

Is there a way to to this, and can you please explain to me how!.

or is there some documentation about this?
