Office 365 email signature

HI,

We have a user who recently upgraded to office 365 for their emails. Ever since then, there has been an intermittent glitch with e-mail signatures whereby the graphic is missing and some of the text misplaced.

As it is only intermittent I cannot locate the cause of the problem. If anyone can shed some light on this I’d really appreciate it!
