Office Outlook Web Access Issue

I’ve recently reactivated a user to the system who’s password had expired.

When she now tried to access Outlook via the web interface she gets the folowing errors:

“The mailbox may be stored on a Microsoft Exchange 2000 or 2003 server, or the Active Directory user account was created recently and has not yet been replicated to the Active Directory site where the client access server is hosted”

The user can log onto the network fine and can access the mails though Outlook but cannot access the web interface.

Her settings are the exact same as the other users too. Any ideas on how I can solve this issue?
