Office2k on 03 Term Svr

I am trying to install O2k on Terminal Services 03 standard. I append the transform path so as to use the one from the toolkit you download from microsoft, i get the message. “Error Applying Transforms.Veryify that specified transforms path is valid.” Can anyone possible tell me how to fix this? I have tried everything i’ve been able to find.
