offline file caching

i have a windows server 2003 and i m trying to enable offline files caching in the server.but when we took it from folder option,i can’t enable due to showing “remote desktop is enabled in this server as an application server”.so i disable remote desktop,routing and remote access service,application server(IIS,ASP.net) from the server.and restart server.but again it is showing that previous message.Please give me solution for enabling offline file caching in server?
