Old domain user account

Is there any way to login to an account from a previous domain.
Recently my office change its server and i got a new account.
The problem is that the previous account has all my emails and contacts in outlook.
There has been no files deleted.
I can see my previous account in documents and settings. I am using windows xp pro.
So please can you help me i really need to get those emails.
