Old Motherboard-How to stop alarm on ASUS P2B/P2B-DS Please Help!

I have an old computer but has lots of home designs and other valuable info I use daily until I get new computer. It works fine but constantly blares an alarm signal beep.How can I disable this alarm Please!!!
