I recently got a new android phone since my previous phone could not handle the latest Android OS. However, I am facing an issue where I don’t receive notifications from Snapchat. I’ve checked the notification settings of my phone and everything seems fine, I have also tried restarting the phone and reinstalling Snapchat and none of them have had any success in solving the issue. Besides this, I have also tried following the steps mentioned in these pages:

But nothing really worked. One of my friends suggests that I am facing this issue since my account is very old, but I feel that is a very unlikely cause for Snapchat notifications not popping up on my phone. Is anyone facing any similar issues? If you have managed to solve it, could you please me know what I can do?
