Does any mobile service provider in India provide temporary (for few minutes)WIFI Internet connection to my mobile /smartphone which has a SIM without a data. Payment charges collected via mobile payment or a card. This situation is for a person like me who do not want to have permanent data connection on my mobile wants to use data for very specific purpose and later disconnect ..say I want use taxi App once a week .?
