on-premise web conferencing

We decide to drop GoToMeeting and find an on-premise alternative to save monthly fees and keep all the traffic local.

Requirement: below 1k, firewall protection, LDAP integration
We would like it to be customizable, meaning add our logo’s and etc. It needs to be a part of our current web site and we would like to host it locally on our servers.

Anyone aware of such solution?
