one domain- how to setup w/stations 2 send & receive e-mails

i have a reg. domain.My server running win2003.I do have internet access on all my 7 workstions (winxp pro).Is there any software i can use to setup my workstations 2 send & receive e-mails.dont wanna spend any money more. how do i do that please help as im a newbie
