One leased Line and ADSL Connection

Hope anyone out there could help me on this. Thanks In advance..! I have a connection leased line connect office A to data center for user to connect to our web application server (example:http://abc.xcompany.com) . So how do I make full use of my office network when user surff http://abc.xcompany.com it will route to Leased Line connection?
