One Monitor Dual display

I have a DELLIULTRASHARP 3008WFP monitor which has 2 DVI ports and Nvidia Quadro NVS 290 video card with DVI Y cable connecting two DVI cables to both DVI ports on the Dell 3008WFP monitor.

Can i configure the Nvidia card to split the screen to show both ports as two different displays on one monitor?
Therefore extend one DVI port to the other to show both the primary and secondary display on one monitor?
