One NIC, two LANS

I have Win2000 on a Dell laptop with one NIC that is used on two distinct networks. So far, I see only one LAN connection that I can create. Is there an easy way to move the laptop from one network to another? One network is DHCP and the other ispeer-to-peer (at least for now).
