OneDrive Data Backup

I have been using OneDrive to save my work data that I have aleady saved onto a USB but when I go to backup my data to OneDrive from my USB. It does not backup my “Year Two” folder and the data does not appear in my OneDrive Folder yet the folder is there when I created the folder, at least 5-6 months ago now.

So my question is this, how do I backup all of the data that goes onto my USB flashdrive and have my data and any new data that is created on the USB flashdrive?
