Online Training?

Can anyone recommend any online training sources (e.g. via WebCasts / WebEx) to obtain an overview of different technologies, key controls and best practices? I’m looking to learn about:
* DB’s, how to set up & configure SQL DB;
* RFID overview & basics;
* WiFi best practices;
* ODBC for dummies;
* Backup & Recovery best practices;
* etc.
