Only one user at a time can access server via vpn tunnel

I have 2 sonicwall firewall/routers setup on my network. Tunnel from bld A to bld B. Can perform many continuous pings. When one user is accessing shared folder and another tries to access, the first user looses connection. When I came in this morning, two users could access, now only one.
