I’m thinking about jumping into the IT field and live in Ontario, Canada. Unfortunately, it’s very hard to get useful information out of the schools and of course all of them will say “Many IT companies respect our college!”
So I’m hoping with this question, I could get an educated and experienced opinion on these school choices.
The first one is George Brown, a school with two or three year course. Apparently it is much more hands-on then most courses and has a special focus on wireless networking. They even have a post-graduate course on strictly Wireless Networking as well.

The second one is Fanshawe College, with their IT courses requiring a mandatory laptop. They have a two to three year course, with the third year being part of co-op. They seem a little more interesting due to the fact they have less education electives, but I’m not sure about the courses themselves.

Based on the course lists and their brief descriptions, which one would equip me better for the entry-level IT?
