Oops! Not XP setup boot.

The wife accidently put a Windows XP cd in the other evening, when I told her to reinstall XP OFFICE. Now whenever she boots, the blue setup screen appears, and she has to F3 to quit, reboot and choose XP professional over setup. Does anyone know I can get rid of this mess?
