Opening Excel attachment

Has anyone else encountered a problem in a Citrix environment where users CAN’T open an Excel attachment? We are currently running NT with Office 97 on 4 servers (and all the latest Hot Fixes); any other attachment opens fine…Excel attachments will not open on any of them. Any ideas??
