opening port in sonicwall TZ 170

hi,

I am having soincwall TZ170 as my firewall.

i need to open some ports so that company mail server works properly. i opend the ports but till i cant telnet to the mailserver on port 25.

log says Broadcast packets dropped.

can any body give me exact steps for opening ports.
