opening problem

i have installed 98SE in laptop.If i double click on C drive in my computer to open it , the screen appears everytime ” microsoft management console setup 1.1″.If i closed it, the message appears
“setup for this is not completed, Do you want to cancel the setup?”.If i click on “yes” the screen disappears & the screen of my computer remain as it is without any responce for c drive.But if i right click on c drive & click on “open” it opens perfectly.
pls give me short & sweet solution
