OpenVPN connects for ever……….

Hi,

im using openvpn for work. i log in and select to connect, then it shows that
do u want to connect —-> I say yes
Do u want to connect to xxxxxx.xx ——> I say yes.
Then it states preparing to connect, nothing more and it
just rotates the image in the middle and I get nothing, it continues
with the same rotation(loading) but nothing?

I have installed the openvpn connect.
Does anyone know whats the matter?
