Opportunities with MS

Hey everyone
i have got certain questions and confusions regarding MS in computer
science.
what are the job opportunities after MS in comp sci from some good US
university and are they superior to those of bachelors of engineering?
How?
can it assure you of a hefty income job?
Is it extremely hard to complete?
to sum it all, is it worth to invest a huge fortune in it?
im currently pursuing Engineering in Computer Science in India.
