Options to see CPU’s in WinNT 4.0

I have a NT Server that has two processors in it. Under task manager you can set the option to see the performance for each cpu. I noticed that only one CPU was showing up. I have replaced the CPU, the voltage regulator module and processor card. Only one cpu is still showing up. When the system boots it sees both CPU’s. Is there any other utility in NT that will see the second processor if it is good?
Appreciate any help that can be sent my way as quickly as possible.
