Oracle Clinical

I am working as network administrator in clinical trail company and we are runing Oracle Pharmaceutical Applic. (OPA 4.5) application. Now my management want me to intergrate this OPA application with IVR system. Anybody help me regarding how to implement IVR with OPA, is it possible or not? What extra third party software will be required.
